FAQs

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.

If the claim is approved, you will be contacted via email with a return address and following steps.

If there are damages or undesirable prints on the product please upload photos of the product.

If something arrives damaged, send photos of the product and we’ll happily send you a replacement at no cost to you.

In the event that a package is lost in transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days following the projected delivery date. Rest assured, we will shoulder the costs associated with reprinting and shipping a replacement order.

 

However, we may require your assistance before proceeding, such as confirming the accuracy of the shipping address. It would also be beneficial if you contact the shipping carrier to attempt to locate the missing order.

 

Please note, if the tracking information indicates that the order was delivered, but have not received it, we cannot assume responsibility or reship the order. In such instances, any replacements would need to be covered by you.
