RETURN POLICY

At Call Us Lucky, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to read our return policy below:

Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we kindly ask that you submit a claim within 30 days after receiving the item. In cases where the error is on our part, we will cover all expenses related to resolving the issue.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • It should include all original tags.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Claims for Lost Packages in Transit: If a package is lost in transit, we ask that you submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will take care of the costs involved in reprinting and shipping a replacement order. Prior to this, we may request your assistance in:

  • Confirming the accuracy of your shipping address.
  • Checking with the shipping carrier to locate the lost order.

 

Undelivered Packages: If the shipping carrier marks a package as delivered, but you haven’t received it, we regret that Call Us Lucky cannot cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. Please contact the shipping carrier to help locate your package.
